fiscal cliff u- s lawmakers need to worry about this morning. there's also concern about the nation's debt ceiling. the u-s reached its legal borrowing limit of 16- point-4 trillion dollars yesterday. the treasury department is taking measures to buy time until the end of february. they include suspending some investments in benefit funds for federal workers. but after that, the treasury will not be able to pay all of the country's bills in full and on time. unless the debt ceiling will be increased. >>> doctors are treating secretary of state hillary clinton for a blood clot that formed in her head and they're confident she will make a full recovery. they say the blood clot did not cause a stroke, or any brain damage. the clot is located in the vein in the space between the brain and the skull behind the right ear. to help dissolve the clot, they are treating her with blood thinners. she will be released once the medication dose has been established. emmerich 2012 was the worst year on record for gas prices. 2012 was the worst year on record for average gas prices. single day spikes
